I just got Roxy Spayed there last week and she also had a bit of a lump after 4 days. I was concerned too as it looked like the stitches were cutting into her skin.
I was passing the vet so popped in and they told me to put some sudocreme on it and the next day the lump had gone right down and the redness had cleared.
Check with your vet first, no harm in being over cautious just in case. It might only be a sudocreme job like Roxy's
