Default Are yorkies generally floppy dogs?

I don't know how to say it except compare it to when you call a cat floppy, or is it just being a puppy? Draco is pretty clumsy but outside of that his body/legs isn't the least bit stiff.
My last furrbaby did't like being held like a baby or on his back at all. Sure he had clumsy moments during playtime but he never let his body be all floppy like Draco. And he only liked to be carried on the hip and would wrap his paws around me like a small child.
Draco falls asleep with half his body hanging off the couch, on his back, if he trips over one of his toys he roller over but not like he's trying to get back up, but as if he just gave up and is lets his body go limp.

I guess I only ask this because I was looking for reviews of front carrier back packs that have cutouts for your pups legs. And one of the reviewers mentioned that her Chihuahua didn't like it much but it could be good for yorkies who have floppy legs that they wouldn't mind dangling.
