I think its horrible that all your vet said to do is "watch it"! I nursed 3 babies and never would have believed the amount of pain possible when something isn't right. For her breast to have ruptured must have been excruciating!!
It sounds like you really have your hands full now. I will continue to pray for Lola and her babies, and for you.
