Hi and welcome!
I always had large dogs also, and I'm learning that Yorkies are very different. Our Yorkie needs almost constant supervision at 16 months because she finds the worst things to put in her mouth. Fortunately she has a routine whenever she finds something possible to eat-she throws it in the air several times then rolls on it. That gives me time to see what it is.

As young as your baby is, I think that her being so consistent on potty paper is great!
I would talk to your vet about the poo eating.
