Welcome and Congrats on your new pup..
Well the general rule is double the weight at 12 weeks and that would be your pups adult weight but it is not a hard and fast rule..
Sounds like your pup may be at least 10 lbs full grown but could be bigger ..
Most Yorkies are full grown by 1 year..
As far as being a real Yorkie I do not know ..
You could post a pic and get some opinions ..
There is also a DNA Test ..
