I'm a night owl -not always on YT - but I know I don't get enough sleep. I have to get up in the morning to get my daughter off to school and get to work at some point (I basically set my own hrs.) But I have a hard time going to bed before 1 or sometimes 2. The worst thing is when I fall asleep on the couch - my Yorkies love it, as do my 2 Siamese cats. It's quite something to wake up and be surrounded and sat upon by 4 animals, the lights on and the often the TV going! I'm trying to break this bad habit. Any advice? |
