I agree, I work from home but travel a lot for my job. When a customer states "business casual" I always go with trouser slacks and a nice casual sweater (usually a turtleneck in the Winter) and some very understated jewelry. I our office it is casual also but I have a couple of pairs of trouser jeans that I keep pressed and ready just for trips to the office. Never wear yoga pants, capri's, sneakers or a t shirt with a graphic (those are my rules).
