5% my but also I see they say you will just get diahrhea (sp) if anything. I'm telling you I was sick as hell for a little while, sweats, shaky, stomach cramps, nausea and the diahrhea (sp)...
I sent them an email and am definitely contacting the FDA cuz they are full of crap. I still have 2 of the ones that I got sick on and 4 more + packs...I am going to take pics of the labels too.
