Here, it would just be for "fashion" and totally not functional.I was given a couple of T´s from a german woman a little while back, but Milo and Bella wanted nothing to do with them.
Infact, after putting Milo in his little blue shirt and taking a picture, he managed to get out of it and then pee on it lol.

Now, if I lived somewhere with really cold winters with snow and all, then yes, I´d think they needed to be covered outside, and I´d also have a carrier for extra warmness incase we stopped somewhere etc.
Yorkies dont have double coats so yes, they do feel the cold easier.As for getting them used to wearing clothes, I have no idea, but as with anything else, I´m guessing you just have to start them off really young and put them in clothes every day for a short period of time so that they get used to wearing them.I´m not sure.

Well Milo really told you how he felt about that shirt lol
