I agree, both function and fashion. My younger boy Teddy needs protection from the cold when we go out. Max could go without, but he wears a coat too.
My boys don't have a lot of clothes, but I enjoy dressing them up. I'm surprised that they like it. They act like it is their duty, and they get excited when I bring home new things for them.
