The first one was the one they sent me accidentally, I gave it a go anyway as when Alfie first started itching we used a coal tar based cream on him that helped. I think it is as good as the prescription shampoos we use and I really think his skin seemed quite a bit cooler after using it which I think is a good sign. I reordered the original but it hasn't arrived yet.
