No build up yet. And as much as possible, I'd like to keep it that way. I'm just nervous about putting them under. Especially my little 4-pounder. My other two are 8 pounds...but I even get nervous when my 100lb Lab needs anesthesia. I might brush every couple of days without toothpaste. I don't want to mess up the active ingredients in Leba by using another product. It'll just be hard for me to break the habit, you know? Then maybe I'll go down to twice a week. It gets great reviews all over the web. I wish someone made a people spray
