Almost forgot.... the trainer told me to be sure to put a light leash on Stanley when we are expecting guests, and to keep him by my side. She said that I shouldn't allow him to hide. She said not to make Stan interact with anyone, and not to have anyone even look at him. The important thing is to teach him he is required to be "present", and for him to learn its safe to do so. |
