Thank you so very much. I know I won't be able to sleep tonight, and hope I am not getting my hopes up to be disappointed.

I am glad to hear from someone with an older dog, as I felt that this may be a mistake as I would hate to miss out on three years of her life.

If I get her, I will need to figure out how to post a pic. You should do that too!

This dog still has its dewclaws, which I find rather odd seeing it is from a breeder. Are there any breeders here who can comment on that?

Thanks.

Kate

As for the name, I've had Maggie since she was a baby. She responds to Maggie, MaggieAnne, Mag-ster, Punkin' and Bounch. I certainly don't think that Zoe will have any problem with a name change! I think it may just be more about the tone of voice than the actual words you use to call them. (Although I know for a fact that there are certain words: kisses, ride, bath and baby box, that my Maggie understands VERY WELL!)

Good luck with your new "baby"!
