Thanks so much to everyone for the responses! Seeing as she'll be trained to potty outside, I decided to go with a two-door 22in crate with a divider. That way, I can section a small enough place off for training and adjust it as she grows.
She will be crated minimally (for training and through the night until she's potty trained), so hopefully she'll grow to like her crate and will treat it as a den.
