The first one is purposely breeding off-standard Yorkies, which to many people is a red flag. She also claims champion lines, yet none of her breeding dogs are Ch. That's a lot like saying you have a Miss America and a Mr. Universe in your family tree. Just because they are out on those limbs doesn't mean that you are going to produce 6 foot tall super models.

Her health guarantee is suspect, too. No guarantee against knees or heart defects. Then there is this little gem:

If your puppy is found to have a serious congenital health problem within one year from the puppies date of birth, we will need a copy of an unfitness letter faxed or mailed to us by a licensed veterinarian (We reserve the right to a second opinion). If your puppy is found to be unfit and you chose to retain and treat the puppy you will be responsible for all vet bills. If you choose to give back the puppy you may ship us the puppy and choose another puppy at equal value (buyer paying all shipping coasts to return and receive puppies).
I would definitely pass on this one.
