I would be talking with another vet in the interim. Is your vet the only vet in his practice or does he have associates that you can speak with? I'm not a breeder nor do I have any experience with it but I would imagine that there is quite a bit to deal with. Good luck in finding professional advice and hope all goes well with your babies delivery.
