 Anti-Bark Collar
Has anyone tried any of the anti-bark collars?? I believe my friend got an ultrasonic one?!?
I am wondering how humane it is...or does it even work. My friend just installed a doggie door and the dog is going outside to bark it's head off while my friend is at work and now the neighbor lady has complained...so that's why the bark collar was purchased.
Other than being a bad neighbor, can you get in trouble for your dog barking?? He's not doing it at night. It's happening during normal working hours and it's only when people are walking by the fence. The problem is...it' a fairly high traffic area and people walk by several times a day.
Any suggestions on how to curb the barking?? I sent a link to a post I found on barking. I also suggested the owner hire a dog walker and leave the dog locked inside during the day. BTW~it's not a Yorkie. This is the dog I helped adopt from the Humane Society a few weeks ago. |
