You should absolutely go tell the groomers supervisor of what happened. It is not right that you go to the vet and get her better and let the groomer not know about it is vey important for the groomer and the groomers supervisor to know. I am a dog groomer and at school they always taught me too place a bow very far away from the skin because it can cause a lot of damage to the dog and discomfort in the future.
