Linda, I tried every combination from one to 6 towels to try to balance that dang machine! Was too scared finally to keep it up but it's not your's or the design's fault - it's that old machine. It's a true working antigue. It was my mom's and from when I was a teenager! An old Kenmore and from our old home from when I was young. I love the old thing and it's only been repaired 3 times in all of these years and works like a charm from my kid brother's school clothes to my things now(!) except for on that big ball of polyfill. not your YHR Cloud 9. It's a machine from the 1960's and amazing that it works at all and it does. I told my mom I would always use it and I do! Just doesn't have the spin ability to handle this situation for some reason. Amazing it still works after the lifetimes and moves it's been through!
As soon as it "dies", we're getting Tibbe a new Cloud 9 bed in a heartbeat!!!!!!!
