Well, maybe it is honest feedback....BUT I caution you to not just take her word for this. I have never heard such a thing with these beds. Perhaps you should just wait to get other feedback and then weight it all.
If Jeanie lived close to me, I would visit her and help her figure this out because honestly this is one of the best features of this bed....the machine wash and dry is so easy!
