Jeanie, you are the first person I have ever heard say that. Did you just put it in by itself? There is NO reason for that to put a machine off balance because it is incredibly lightweight...but you cannot wash anything that will stay put on one side of the washer because that will put the machine off balance.
I wash my Cloud Nine beds all of the time and have never had an issue. I either do two at a time or put something else on the other side when washing. They are not heavy BUT they will stay put in the one side, therefore you need something to put on the other side. |
