Does your little girl now a command to go potty? My Sophie Kate is pad and outdoor trained both (it was a lot of work to get both). The key for me was to teach her a command to go potty, when we go somewhere other than our home I always have a rule that she must go potty before we go inside.
Also is your little girl spayed yet? The reason I asked is my female would mark before I had her spayed. Bladder control came along with age for my Sophie Kate,she is 5 now but I will tell you that first year with her was hard.
