We got both of our Biewers through the Internet. The wife and I tried to read as much feedback from both Biewers as we can. We were unable to visit them both due to distance. But the one lady after reading comments and seeing pictures plus being liscenced by the state I felt at eased.
Over all do your research as much as you can.
