I can't let Huey off leash because he goes deaf and forgets his name
When I am at my parents, he is off leash in their yard even though he could squeeze out of their wrought iron fence if he wanted to, but they have 2 dogs and that keeps him in the yard, although he is never outside without a human monitoring him.
