I was so glad that I bought in the beginning of 2012, now I will never have to go through that again. I am sure though, as you probably already know, most places here in so cal will also charge the pet deposits, but I will talk to my friend in long beach and see hat they have available :-) I totally know how you feel, and how hard it is to find here. Just seen your post. Yes, just Charlie, one dog. I am sure if she rents apartments she knows of houses too. I'd love some info. I'll pm you. I'm actually looking into Lakewood area. Long Beach if it's out of North or West Long Beach. South or East is ok. lol
