Poor baby...she is miserable or she would not be biting herself. I would take her to a vet and find out what she is allergic to. At least maybe they could give her something to ease the itching.

Changing food the way you are doing it, probably will not help with the allergies. I am not saying what you should feed her. I just don't think this is the way to go to find out what the issue is that is making her itch.
