Unfortunately all the harnesses were bought at Petco and they wouldn't let me return any of them, I will probably just donate all them or give them away on here once I find a harness that works. |
Yes petco is not as customer friendly as Petsmart. If you order from them you and want to return anything you have to go and print out a receipt. It is a pain.
