I'd call the Humane Society & ask which Yorkie Rescue picks up the Yorkies there. Then I'd write a letter to the new parent of each dog (3 letters) & tell them things about the dog & include the registration papers. Ask the new parents if they could please let you know by letter via the rescue group how things are going. I don't see how the rescue group could object to that.
