You will probably need to go by a vet office for the calcium supplement.
Pet-cal is a good supplement and vets normally sell it or if there is a Petsmart in Canada you can probably get a calcium supplement there.

The back teats are bigger but often get engorged to the point the pups can suckle on them. If the back teats start feeling really hard and warm you will need to get the mom on an antibiotic. Also a warm compress on them will help. Also I have heard that a cabbage compress helps. Personally I always give the amoxicillin and it clears right up. Sometimes the upper teats will get engorged too so keep and eye on all of them.

Most people don't realize how stressful and dangerous raising a little of puppies can be. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.
