I have a medium & a large HUGs. The medium is perfect size for the stroller. It folds in half along a center line. I pop it in the freezer for a few minutes before we leave so it's extra cold, then I told it in half & put it under a sheet I made for the stroller. When that side looses it's cold, it fold it over to the other side. Works great!
The large is for at home and gives her a big enough area to stretch out. I wouldn't recommend ordering the extra-small or small, as these pads are smaller than suggested for each breed size.
