It varies. Anywhere from 2-5. Sometimes ZoE does a lot of little pees. Other times she'll do a couple of big pees.
Sometimes she'll pee on roughly the same spot of the pad a time or two, so the rest is completely clean. If she doesn't have a clean area to squat, I definitely change it.
And sometimes her pee just smells more than other times, so it gets changed more or less frequently because of that.
