I have decided that it's because they are trying SAVE MOMMY. I mean, if they go out, get muddy, I have to bathe feet, legs, maybe all of them, and I would like to think they are trying to help. (I'm saying this as I clean up a puddle on the floor...... gritting my teeth and yelling "on the paper!")
