I feel very sad for your dogs, especially the puppy. You should of had her spayed as soon as she went out of heat. Her life can very well be in danger. I pray she is not pregnant. It is not to late to have her spayed. Talk to your vet about that.

To answer your question, yes, dogs that small get bred and some can have pups naturally but many end up having a c-section or worse they die from a ruptured uterus.

I pray everything goes well with both. Please let us know how it turns out.
