Would you be talking about Kim McCarthy, Dainty Dawgs? I had a very small sculpture made of Betty Boop a couple of years ago. I sent her a pic and she made one for me. She has a FB page under her name and also a website under Dainty Dawgs. She also has an Etsy shop under Dainty Dawgs.
