I feel the same way about the shock collars and electric fences.
I really doubt there's a dog trainer on Bonaire, I really doubt that. I'll tell my friend to check just in case.
I don't know if leaving the dog in the house is a possibility for them.
I thought of maybe tying lulu to bufy and see if that stops her from jumping but I'm scared she'll hurt him.
About making the fence higher, it's not possible. Like I said before they live in a rented house. They could look for a house with a higher fence but that'll take time.
