Thanks for the ideas but I think the 2 ways you mentioned are a bit too complex for what I want. Lately I've been hooking the leash to anything I can find on the clothes: a shoulder strap, the middle of a bow, even the brand label if it's a loop. My dogs are really small & I feel that's safe enough for our needs. (I live in a community where leash laws are highly enforced & most dogs are small. When approaching a larger dog I pick them up.) I've got maybe 30-50 items of clothing-T-shirts, dresses, coats-that I'd like to add hooks to.
Any other ideas?
