Okay go to the top and find USER CP on the blue bar towards the top...
Then go to EDIT OPTIONS...
Then go to MESSAGING and NOTIFICATIONS...
Then there place to choose if you want daily notifications, immediate notifications, or you can choose unsubscribe or something like that.
