Sigh. I hate allergies. Daisy has severe ones to both enviro and food. We have her on daily Atopica and sometimes add in Benadryl. Barney also appears to have minor allergies and he was just started on Claritin daily. It's too soon to tell if it's working and we may be having side effects of panting and restlessness but I'm not quite sure since he is now fine. If he doesn't respond we will consider temeril-p.
I did allergy testing with Daisy but it was years ago so I'm sure pricing has changed. Bathe does see a dermatologist. I really love ours, and she's been worth the extra distance to travel and the fees. She took Daisy from a frail miserable little balding dog to a dog with a decent coat who is now fairly comfortable. I would definitely take Geno for a consult, and maybe if you call they can give you a rough pricing estimation.
