I think that taking a picture is a really good idea by the way. I will definitely do that next time, as I'm sure that there will be a next time. I used to have a big dog, and I always had it on a leash. I really don't understand why anyone has their dog off leash in the first place. So many bad things can happen.

I re-read your post and now I understand this is the same woman you had the 2 encounters with.
