I tink I iz outs (which surprises me, honestly lol). Mandie doesn't go on walks or out (well she's been out 2 times...Santa Paws and the Yorkie meetup). She did love riding and going to visit on the meetup, though. Hmmm, I don't know if I'm out or inz.
