I would definitely ask a vet too. Puppies systems are waaaay different than a babies. Speaking of babies though....sometimes if they won't teeth plastic or a rag something cold to eat helps. I know they make puppy ice cream that is frozen. Or maybe if you just give her an ice cube (size she can't choke on of course) she would play with it enough to numb her gums a little. Good luck!
