I was talking to a coworker about this. Her comment was "well it's just a dog and it probably died soon anyway." Guess that's why she's a coworker and not a friend. I think it bothers me so much more is that I got my Niko when he was 6 days old also. He was about the same size of this little Chix and I think of the difference their lives areor would have been. Niko has never known anything except adoration from everyone, and he loves everyone. It's interesting to see how a dogs behavior is affected by the way they were raised. This little puppy may or not have had a good life but didn't deserve to die like that. |
