Being retired Army now and all the places that I have lived, I can tell you there are rules about these type of things.
I am assuming you are the dependant and your spouse is the service member? I would talk with your spouse in regards to this and get his/her opinion on this.
BUT if it was me, I would certainly report it. I had to do it numerous times. |
In addition to calling animal control - this above sounds like a great solution! I feel so bad for Annie, she sounds like a total sweetheart who is terribly neglected
