It is not to late at all for make her ears stand. When pups are teething the ears will go up and down. You can actually trim a lot of the ear hair off using a small pair of scissors. Just go slow and trim the hair on the edges as close as you can then lay the scissors flat against the upper part of the ear and trim as much hair off as you can. I usually trim half of the ear hair off.
Also you can buy some unflavored Knox gelatin and sprinkle about 1/4 teaspoon in her food twice a day. You can find that at the grocery store in the section where they sell the jello boxed mixes.
