This jerk wanted to leave her dog where it wouldn't be seen or heard or mess up her car while she amused herself and didn't care one whit for its comfort, fear closed up in there or life. I hope they take the dog from her for good and give it a chance to live with a real person, not a monster. Horrible!!! Should be kept from owning any other pet for at least 10 years to give her time to change but doubt she can.
