Hi folks, It turned out to be a tick...Horrible little thing, but was able to pull it off myself, but if anyone else has this problem the tick must be taken off from the bottom upwards otherwise if gripped by the body a poison could enter your dogs bloodstream.

Read a bit on these little Devils now and they breathe through their bodies and sink their heads and legs into your dogs flesh....just looking like a little piece of corn hanging off your dogs skin.
