It would have upset me greatly if I had been forced to cut Katie's hair. I love seeing them run free like babies when their hair is short, but it was so difficult for me to cut her hair. Ultimately, I did it because it was better for her after such crazy weather this past year and all of the stickies being in her hair when we played outdoors. It took a lot to mentally prepare myself to cut her hair, so my heart hurts for you. I know it's not about what they look like because we love them so much, but still I know how hard you've worked to get his coat where it is. If you need tips getting knots out, let me know.
