I know that shaving the top 1/3 of the ear helps them stand up but I am in no way confident to do the cutting/trimming/shaving ... I know can take her to a groomer but it seams the breeder screwed up and gave her her first vaccine to early basically nullifying it according to our vet ... so she has her next vaccination is on the 7th of September and this is when I get the all clear to let her be out in the real world of other dogs ......

So will it be to late by then to have our groomer trim and shave her ears to try and get them to stand up ....

Obviously I love her regardless of ear that stand up or are floppy
I got my biewer at 4.5 months and both ears were up. At approx 6 months the left ear flopped. I gave yogurt and cottage cheese for added calcium, trimmed his ears and that helped off and on. By eleven months, that left ear was still down. I then taped it and approx. 2 wks later, both ears were up and have been up since. My point is, it may not be too late, since I was able to make it happen at almost a year old.
