Default is it to late to get ears to stand up?

My fluffbucket is almost 3 months now ... actually come to think of it she was born on the 22nd of may to today is the 22nd :-)

Her ears are flopped over and seam to be getting more flopped over as she grows more hair. I know that shaving the top 1/3 of the ear helps them stand up but I am in no way confident to do the cutting/trimming/shaving ... I know can take her to a groomer but it seams the breeder screwed up and gave her her first vaccine to early basically nullifying it according to our vet ... so she has her next vaccination is on the 7th of September and this is when I get the all clear to let her be out in the real world of other dogs ......

So will it be to late by then to have our groomer trim and shave her ears to try and get them to stand up ....

Obviously I love her regardless of ear that stand up or are floppy
